Anne Holtrop, graduated cum laude from the Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam, started his studio in 2009 and is currently based in Amsterdam and Bahrain. In 2015 he signed two relevant projects: the Museum Fort Vechten and the National Pavilion of the Kingdom of Bahrain for the Milan Expo 2015. He is course director of the master Studio for Immediate Spaces at the Sandberg Instituut Amsterdam, and was editor of OASE, an architectural journal for architecture from 2005 till 2013. For his practice he has has been awarded several grants from the Mondrian Fund, as well as receiving the Charlotte Köhler Prize for Architecture from the Prince Bernhard Cultural Foundation.
